Platform Furniture and Fabrication is a furniture design studio located in Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg Industrial Park Platform offering contemporary renditions on classic styles. Platform specializes in handmade wood and metal designs, distinguishing the company with their quality of materials and placing the importance of craft above all else. While drawing upon influences ranging from Shaker and 19th century colonial American to Minimalist sculpture and Danish modern, their rudimentary style shows an austere elegance and straightforward functionality.
