William Lee
Self taught artist and multifaceted industrial designer William Lee verges disciplines of art and design with an innovative approach. His minimalist aesthetic is driven by a sense of the unexpected and balances between illusion and practicality. Blending elements of art, design, fashion, music, technology and culture, he has worked with a range of global brands including Samsung, Motorola, Nvidia, Intel, HP, and Williams-Sonoma. Poser distances itself from your typical lamp. An asymetrical leaning lamp that's designed to integrate with its space and rely on the wall for support. A minimal floor lamp that works with its surroundings. Poser is an example of structural elegance and geometry. The shade pivots both ways and leans at 25 degrees from the floor for left/right positioning. Currently in the showroom.

Slice is a decorative sculpture piece + architectural concept, inspired by the world's soaring skyscrapers piercing through the clouds. It's named for the process of creating an extreme + untraditional cut into a single white rectangular tube. What began as a one piece becomes an elegant pair of standing sculptures, revealing a hidden + unexpected diamond shape inside the walnut core walls. Lighting can be incorporated in the hollow channel to add decorative ambiance. When placed face down, the pieces seem to rise through the ground surface creating an illusion of giant architectural structures in a futuristic landscape.

CHECKER is derived from the efforts of space saving and use in compact quarters. It's a modular shelving unit with built-in flexibility that allows for various configurations. A checker pattern is formed through interconnecting multiple units together. When upright, the Checker shelf is topped with a cantilevered cube that creates a visual balancing act. When coupled with 2 or more, the units can save space, collapsing/expanding into each other. It is multifunctional including a shelf, book storage, or coffee table.
